these intake hoses have been popping off for a few generations of turbo now, its indeed pathetic. replace with an aftermarket hose with a better bead on the lip, IPD make one and Im sure turbohoses might be able to source you one or make one.

 

Reattached the hose in Monterey and drove 350 hard miles home without an issue.

Now what do I do?

I really hate dealing with this ****.

One hose that the dealer called the intake hose was replaced. It hasn't blown off again and I've punched it a few times getting on the freeway but have not taken it for a hard canyon drive yet.
