Zack, IMHO announcing a forthcoming product is not only MORE THAN APPROPRIATE; but is the usual thing for business to do in drumming up interest for their forthcoming wares. Be it cars, TV's, cellphones, wonder widgets, etc... perhaps some of our readers don't realize it. It's called MARKETING for those who may not understand. Then there are the 3% that just for a reason to complain about something. lol

I'd like to thank everyone for their patience; earlier last week, we sent a prototype sample to Serge (SM_ATL) for track testing purposes, and he's posted his impressions HERE.

 

FWIW, at the track this isn't a problem, because the buffeting isn't noticeable inside a helmet with your adrenaline pumping from the way the 991 TS roars out of corners (or feels a bit squirrely threshold braking down from 150mph)! On the highway, on the other hand... :-)
