Looking to lower my car and put 21's on
Any suggestions on a brand of springs you've had a good experience with? Ideally I'm looking for it to ride as close to stock as possible. Pics would be much appreciated too!

We have had great results with the GMG Racing Lowering Springs -- which are made by Eibach USA to the exact specifications from GMG. Right about a 1.1 inch drop from factory all around, with a progressive spring design for excellent ride quality.
Another option is H&R -- which the drop would be about the same at 1.1 inches front and rear. https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.6sp...542630e89b.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.6sp...e0b82ef2ac.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.6sp...828793814c.jpg You've got a PM! |

But alas living in NYC I stuck with 20s and no lowering. |
No question about the looks of lowering. Way better lowered. Even if the ride characteristics don't change much my concern is that 1.1" lower, or .75", which I think is also available, will be a major problem at driveway entrances and such. The GT3 is one inch lower than the TTS, but the axle lift is helpful. Of course, the GT3 has a somewhat longer front fascia so I am not sure what the clearance is at the very front of the spoiler with axle lift activated. Ground clearance of a lowered TTS could become a problem given the apparent fragility of the rubber spoiler. An inch lower with MPSC tires would be a good track setup for the TTS, but for the other 99% of the time might be tough to live with. Would be good to know what the lateral grip difference is for a lowered TTS vs stock.

Well another alternative is the KW HLS kit for those who have issues with driveways and other road related problems.

Check out my mods and pictures on my initial turbo post. Love it and a stock height car now looks like a jacked-up 4x4 to me. Ride quality on my car is great. Only concern is rubber band tires on crappy roads. Still worth it though, just be careful. |

Your car looks amazing, and I was leaning towards the techart springs so I'm glad you think the ride on them is great. |
RobRob- Sent ya a PM..Thanks!
