Very bad accident with 997 Turbo cabrio

saddest part is a mother and child who weren't even in the car were killed because the 24yo D-bag couldn't keep his ego in check. I can't even imagine what the husband must be going through right now.

Terrible story. This is why I really hate people that are born with a silver spoon.

Agree: ok money allows young people to run fast and dangerous cars but look, it also happens some young guys kill themselves and sometimes families with cheap used fast bikes.
(And I don't take it for me, mine was in Titanium...)

It was made public that the Porsche was wearing 10 year old winter tires.
based from the time covered since the last toll booth to the time of the accident, the car averaged a speed of about 115-120 mph. They estimated the speed of the car when the driver lost control at about 155mph and most likely he had a rear passenger side tire blow out as the main reason of the accident. And of course excessive speed!
Very sad!

Hmm, light state of mind young guy back at home a few days from his studies in the US, takes dad's car and even doesn't know what about the tires, the service, etc...
Honestly, in the same situation I believe he could be most of us.
I did things I'm ashamed now, and had luck enough, not him.
(Nothing truly hard, cool)
