So... local tire dealership (Midas) that has a modern tire machine and can do Centerlock wheels tells me that they can't get Michelin P4S for at least 8 weeks and they can source the P Zeros but they recommend the Nitto 555 G2 as an alternative with good pricing. They're 2/3 the price of the P Zeros, which are just about the most expensive option. I could get Cup 2s or Trofeo Rs very quickly as well, but I drive my Turbo S approx. 99% street.

So the question is... who's tried the Nittos out? Or should I be looking for a top tire place to drive to in Upper State New York to get P4S fitted?

(I did a forum search and found nothing on the G2)

 

Image shows large fairly coarse tread blocks..might be a little noisy ?

 

why not just go through Tire Rack and have drop shipped to local installer? They are in stock.
