throttle body boost hose blowing off

My 2015 turbo has upgraded champion turbos, AWE intercoolers, stage 3 GIAC. Only has 3000 miles on it. I can't seem to keep boost hoses on. First was one that connects to the right side turbo. Latest, 3 times now is boost hose connected to the throttle body. I put a very heavy duty clamp, but still pops off after 30=50 miles. Any advice?

Yeah, I had the problem in spades but replacing the hose and using a better clamp fixed that problem. Here is a picture of the clamp we ended up using.

You might also find out if you have better diverter valves as well, that is the next weak point in the chain but I think Champion does that as part of the Stage 3 upgrade.
