991.2 GT2RS Tuning

Imagine with exhaust and bolt-ons! 605rwhp out of the box, not bad....it just seams since the 720S came out everything seams so over rated while the truth is because the 720 is SO UNDERRATED!! No bolt-ons and 694rwhp from 605 with just a tune and pump is VERY impressive!! ..... 735 on good fuel! I can see 800+rwhp with bolt-ons on this platform, well the very few that would mod a GT2. Hopefully we can learn from what Porsche has engineered and trickle that down (cough...cough....Sam) the the 911’s people would actually mod. Ie. What is the specs of the turbos verses what we currently have available etc? Pretty exciting to say the least. |

So the gt2rs crank power is 803hp on 93oct and 850hp on 100oct on OEM HARDWARE 100%.... WOOOOW

Haha yeah. It's a large Turbine to Compressor ratio the way they usually do. Still working on some cool VTG stuff and collecting data on these but also remembering all the limits and trade-offs.

As far as I know nothing. The 991.2 TTS is a better setup then the previous versions as it uses a new 7 hole injector and relocated the injector to be more in the middle of the head. This actually allows the cars to get with the secondary air injection and allows the cars to run leaner. They have also increased fuel pressure on the high side about 1000psi as well. -Mitch |

-Mitch If i building on a 991,1 TTS engien and going for a setup with extra port injection to run E85, do you se any benifit off the 991,2 still..? |
