991TTS vs RUF 993 Turbo R
 

Took both out for a spin today back to back.

991TTS is a stage 4 compliments of SAMBO (thanks Sam!).

993 has full RUF Turbo R treatment.

Both are incredible machines in different ways. The 991 is so refined and easy to drive yet brutally fast. The RUF feels so analog (in a good way) and is a more engaging experience. After 21 years still provides insane performance.

Porsche has done it right through the decades!

Likey both! the TTS as daily and street fun and the 993 for weekend non competition track day or just driving the twisties.

I rarely get the RUF out anymore which is a shame, but they are both a lot of fun.

This is what makes the 911 a 911. Generations separate the two, but at 1st glance you know they are a 911! Very Special!

What mods are on the car for stage 4? Its not really clear from many of the posts I have read. Let me know when you going out for a run next, I would love to see how are cars compare.

Do the stage 4. It's incredible. Still practical and tame as stock to drive around town, but hit the gas and you're in hyperspeed!
