Maintenance concerns with used Turbo purchase ?

I have a perfectly good 2015 C4S with about 30,000 miles. A nice naturally aspirated car.
Looking at selling it and purchasing a 17 Turbo S with much lower mileage. Before dropping a large dime on this, I wanted some feedback from you guys on maintenance issues that you have experienced with the turbo models. Any guidance would be appreciated. Anything in particular I should get checked out prior to purchase?

Is it a CPO? I personally wouldn't own a TTS without a warranty.

Are you talking about services or when the car breaks. So far I have had my 17 turbo S for two years and I have 2 years left on my CPO and so far outside of oil changes I have had zero maintenance or repairs. But the dealer did the major service when they CPO the car so I have not had to do a think in the 6k miles and 1.5 years I have owned the car.

For a 2017 you're gonna need fan cover struts, now or later. Mine gave out last fall. Get them done under warranty. For a 2015, I wouldn't worry much as long as the TSBs have been done and the car has gone through the dealership check process. These are reliable cars, by and large, and they are heavily overbuilt for how you're likely to drive them (unless you have an autobahn or a big track to drive it on every day).

Agree with the deck lid struts. But $40 to buy both and 5 minutes to install yourself.

I have purchased new turbo's and used turbo's, have not had one issue so far, these cars are built very well, if you are concerned get one with a CPO warranty, none of my Porsche's have gone back to the dealerships for any warranty work, at least so far
