Number 3

 

Has anyone figured out how to configure the logotype to just have "PORSCHE" with "Carrera S" underneath (no '911')? This style has shown up in a few photos and now in the Michael Mauer video, but I cannot find that option in the (US) configuration tool.

 

I like just the Porsche lettering

One line or no text. Simple is alway better.

 

Well since you are giving them away, I guess I would just have to take one of each and decide which one suits me for each day's driving...

I am not a fan of the blank space, but all of the lettering seems overkill, so I would have to go with some happy medium. (either just PORSCHE or just Carrera S)

 

of the above pix, I do think that #1 looks the best. But I think there's probably a better answer that just hasn't been seen yet than alphabet soup. I do like that Porsche is embracing the "911" model again, as for years they tried to dis-spell the 911 moniker and saved it for special edition cars like the millennium edition.

Why have Porsche or 911 badges written all over it's ***. Everyone knows it's a 911. Just have the model designation ie Carrera S etc. Its as if they have gone out in some desperate flurry to try and make it different from the old car for the sake of showing they have actually made changes. It's all very very try hard and ott. A 911 doesn't need that rubbish to prove itself. It's totally unnecessary. Maybe they are trying to shift the demographic to the ****** market. It's a possibility.

#2 or just plain '911'

 

#3 or 4 would be my choice.

 

There's a Latin expression, de gustibus non est disputandum, which basically means that in matters of taste there is no debate--one man's trash is another man's treasure. I think the only thing that matters is how YOU think it looks. Personally, while I may seek the opinions of others, when it all boils down to it, the final decision is all mine and I do things to please myself. If you seek affirmation you're never going to please everyone, so why bother? Please yourself.

 

#2, just but #1 which is standard doesn't bother me enough to change it...

Problem is when I see a #4, nothing.... It just looks rather bland..
