Haha, I tried that but it doesn't work. They just need your license plate on camera and when you go to renew your annual vehicle registration you have to pay up. Good luck trying to say it wasn't you, if it's your car you pay, they don't care who was driving.

the registered owner pays....they only want the cash...they are not worried about the points on many cases

Well that is indeed a company headache, and the company is responsible to pay the fines regardless. They may deduct them from the salary of the relevant driver, which is always a thankless task resulting in grumpy and disgruntled employees.
