I went to add Bi Xenon lights and it said I had to get the 18 way seats...Why would i need special seats to have special lights...?

 

It's the package they are selling. The dynamic lights are amazing especially on our winding country roads. They came with my 14 way seats

 

Yeah that's really strange that they'd make u upgrade ur seats in order to upgrade ur lights. What's next, to upgrade to a thicker rimmed steering wheel, you have to upgrade to pdk? Or to upgrade to a rollbar, it comes with a diaper bag? Sounds stupid to me lol

 

BYOP will only let me choose Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) when I choose just the Sport Seats or 18 way seats.

When i try to choose the 14 way seats, It asks me to remove Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS)...?

I couldn't have said it better myself Scott... However, I may be missing something. I'll need to contact a Savy Dealer or Porsche NA

 

When you select the 14-way seats you must select a package, either Premium or Premium package plus. Both of these packages have Bi-Xenon/PDLS in them plus other items.

Yeah, looks like for some reason you just can't get the 14-way seats and then add PDLS, you have to get one of the packages.

 

It looks like when you get the Xenon's and PDLS in the package the light rings are white, and when you choose the
Bi-Xenon headlights in Black with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) you get the Black rings.


Both of these examples, White ringed and Black ringed, show on the BYOP (Build your own Porsche).



Am i missing something? I want the black ringed and 14 way seats...

 

I also had the same issue. I could not add the xenons in black when I had any of the premium packages selected for some reason. Anyone find out from the dealer whether this is just a glitch?
