platinum silver and pebble grey

hi everyone,

finalizing my c2s cab order. i saw a gt silver with agate/pebble grey at the dealer and thought the slightly lighter colored platinum silver would work well with that 2-tone interior. about to finalize order, but wondering if anyone thinks pebble grey is too light colored? i'd consider the black/plat grey option, but my dealer doesnt have one to look at in inventory, and it is alway hard to figure true colors from pictures and the configurator. anyone have personal pics to post with these 2 interior variations? thanks in advance!

my order as of now:
C2S Cab
black roof
platinum silver
agate/pebble grey
7MT
20 inch classic wheels
sport exhaust
sport chrono
premium package with 14way
park assist
wheel caps colored
wing mirror painted
seat belts in silver grey
bose sound system
dealer to provide clear side markers

Very nice build. Welcome to the forum! The wait is painful but worth it.

Pebble grey is light but I am sure it could look good. Only concern I would have is if it doesnt match the exterior very closely because its lighter with the top down against the exterior color it might look off. I prefer the Black and Plat grey myself and it will match nicely with the black top when the top is down. A nice interior that matches the exterior is much more important on a CAB because of how it looks with the top down. Best of luck with whatever you decide on and I look forward to seeing pics.

Great comments, thanks. It's ridiculous how obsessed I've become about every detail. Just a sign if the growing passion for the 911 icon. Getting down to the wire with the order. Will post pic when received!

There was a platinum silver 2013 Boxster S at the Porsche Road Show with an agate/pebble grey interior and a black top. It looked fantastic!

Yes it is......and if you put something white next to the seat it gives a better depiction of the light grey.

Doesn't that light colored fabric in footwell area get routinely filthy?

Brandon, yours looks terrific! How is it from a keep-the-seats-clean perspective? I am battling my jeans rubbing off on my black/platinum interior already.

I've recently sold the car...had it about 6 months.....overall everything held up just fine from a keep it clean perspective.

Footwell area was definitely a challenge....more so when I had passengers than for myself....I was constantly asking them to be careful...I'm sure they got annoyed at me I got a couple small spots of dirt but cleaned it right away and it stayed looking great.

Seats held up very well also....I wore dark jeans in there often (not brand new ones) .....I only put a couple thousand miles on the car though.

So now I'm looking at replacing it with a 4S or C2S Cab? what to do?
