Porsche Bank Fee on lease?

Has anyone heard of "Porsche Bank Fee" for a lease, I'm coming up blank on the web and forum search.

Dealer said it was part of the initial down which includes first months lease payment + tax, doc fee and porsche bank fee. Remainder will go towards cap cost reduction. Anyone know how much it is?

I've done leases with other companies before but usually my down is the first payment+tax, doc/rego fees.

Thanks!

I just leased a 991 over the weekend. Looking at my lease paperwork, I don't see anything about a bank fee.

Amount Due at Lease Signing or Delivery:
- 1st month payment
- license fees ($735)
- sales or use tax ($7)
- doc & tire ($87)

my net cap cost
- price of car
- lease acquisition fee ($895)
- license, title and reg ($15 for electronic filing w/ DMV)

I think it is acquisition fee. Banks command it and it is not negotiable

thanks guys. thats what it is, acquisition fee, the amount is $895 paid upfront rather than added to the cost of the car.
