(mike gundy reference), and no matter how i slice it, it just ain't young anymore...hence, oldman40. like several others, the 991 is a bday gift to myself also. cliche midlife crisis purchase?? meh. thinly veiled attempt to cling onto youth and vigor?? meh. achievement of a long time promise to myself--definitely.

 

52 for me! And feeling every bit of it this week.

My first Porsche was when I was 27. I'm expecting my 991 in June-I'll be 68.

 

I continue my adolescence and mid-life crisis at 68.

44 - jeez I feel old after seeing those poll results.

 

Yesterday I reported my age. Then I picked up my my car after having PSE installed. The poll needs to be adjusted. Subtract oh, about 50 years please.

 

...and 4 kids to put through college in the meantime... I will have to make a few critical choices

 

Sheesh! Feelin old...bought my 993C2S when I was 41, and bought my 991S at 46...can't wait to see what's next!

I'm 54 and this is my first Porsche ... on order and should be delivered in April. Will replace my Corvette ZR1 (sold)
