OK it is not a PCAR, but........
When I arrived at my hotel last night in Stuttgart, this older gentleman was taking delivery of this drop dead beautiful 1959 Jag. It is all original matching numbers. The car came to Germany from Canada. I would love to do "the tail of the dragon" in this sweetheart. This one is worth sharing. By the way, the new owner owns 3 911 of various vintage as well.

ChuckJ,
I have since 2,000 a 64 Jag E type rds. It drives as beautiful as it looks.
I have done with it a couple of 2,250 mi. trips, with a smile on my face all the way.
Windboay, btw I'm also a sailor.

Now I could be wrong, but looking at the pictures, I believe the gray haired gentleman who is in the car, is Helmut Greiner, Manager of Carrera Cup Deutschland, and the founder of the Porsche junior team.

PS If you haven't tried sailing a Melges 24, it's the Porsche of sailboats.

Now the real kick and thrill is ICE BOATING, when in a good wind and you are HIKING on two blades it is just you and GOD...

There are no roll bars, only protection being your helmet.
"The rumored, but unconfirmed, top speed of an iceboat is over 130 knots (240 km/h; 150 mph). One reference to a timed run on Lake Geneva, Wisconsin reported an "E-Skeeter" as having reached 137 knots (254 km/h; 158 mph)."
