I realize this is one step above "I installed clear side markers". Did it, and took a few pics since there were none on here. 1. Took one sheet of paper towel folded a little smaller than the visor. Dampen it with 91% Isopropyl. Turn visor towards door window and flip up with sticker facing up. 2. Set damp towel on sticker and rub it to dampen it. Leave the towel on the visor, and put a plastic bag on it. 3. Come back in like 15-20 min. 4. Take bag and towel off and slowly peel sticker up. Mine came off in one piece.
I did the soaked paper towel (91% alcohol) and covered with a plastic bag. 15 minutes later sticker gone, clean up with alcohol and finish with 3M 303, looks perfect thanks for a good tip.

I got the 91% rubbing alcohol and am almost ready to give this a try. The only thing holding me back is my visor is wrapped in natural leather. Does anyone know if the alcohol is OK for natural leather? Thanks.

If I were to try it on leather I would soak a paper towel and lay over the visor sticker as precise to the size of the label as possible Rather than allowing 15-20 minutes of soak time only wait 10 minutes. I don't believe it will hurt the leather, just don't over soak. You have to do what you are comfortable with.
What I would do is soak the sticker with leather conditioner - I mean really thick layer of it - then bag it and leave it for an hour to see if it has softened the sticker any, at which point you should be able to start peeling it off.
If it hasn't softened it any, then give the IPA and bag a try. This way you will at least have provided some protection for the leather with the conditioner, minimizing any drying effects from the alcohol.
Alcohol may dry the leather if left on too long. If it's black, then it should be more forgiving to work with, as opposed to any other color that might leave a residue stain. I have espresso leather on my visor, so on the dark side of the spectrum. Protecting the leather first would be my first step. I guess I just need to monitor how things are going to make sure I don't over soak it, as well as only soak the area of the sticker, not the entire visor. Now I need to find some leather conditioner.
Hi Folks,
(Long time reader, first time poster here.)
After reading this thread, I immediately tried it out on my 2016 Carrera GTS, and it worked perfectly. I also now have 'stickerless' sun visors (mine are the regular 'vinyl' type).
So I can confirm that the combination of 91% Isopropyl and 30 mins of 'tenting' resulted in me being able to pull the stickers off in one piece. Also finished with '303', and all looks good.
