Most of is probably read both forums and I won't take credit since I saw the part numbers over there, but in case you missed it, the LED side markers from the turbo fit the regular 991 c2/c4/s just fine and look much better!

I really like the way they look. With mostly
LED lights outside, the sidemarkers were funky in incandescent.

That looks infinitely better than the stock bulb/marker combo. I've already purchased a set of clear markers; looks like they'll be heading to the marketplace!

 

Same here. Had already gone for the clear markers + error free LED's on my first 991, but I never liked too much the fact that you could see the 'cheap' LED and that it added a 3rd nuance of white, together with the DRL's and the xenon's

Ah, I can see why you wouldn't like that look! I still have the factory amber bulbs, but I definitely want the LED "strip" look in amber now.

 

Not sure I was totally clear -or that I understood you -. I was not a big fan of the amber lights and that's why I went for the LED's on top of the clear side markers.
But the Turbo LEDs look so sleek, that I am ready to forgive the fact that they are amber! Ideally, I would like Turbo LED's that would be the exact same color as the DRLs (that are kind of violet/white). I know, I am a bit **** about this

I totally agree with you. They look sleek and clean. Hence, I'm also willing to go with the amber look (since I was considering clear bulbs for my clear corners). I actually think the LED look works better if they're amber, and not white.
