Clear rear bumper reflectors?

Guys,
I just had clear rear brake lights and from side markers installed, and I think that clear rear bumper reflectors would look nice with the clear brake lights. I know I can get painted ones from bumperplugs.com, but I have never seen clear rear reflectors.

Is there such a product available, or do you think it would look ugly?

Depends on which state you live in, in Georgia it is the law that you must have either RED tail lights or red reflectors on the rear of the car. It is illegal to have clear tail lights without having red reflectors.

I'd get them painted to match the color of the car. Nobody will notice they're missing and will look better. My preference at least.

It may stand out too much IMO. I'd rather see body colored ones if you're tempted to change them.

FWIW, lots of vinyl shops will wrap the OEM reflector with the factory color for a few dollars. Sure beats paying a few hundred dollars for the painted ones from BP.

While we are on the subject, does anyone know how to pop out the reflectors? Just pull out, or is there a trick to it?

The easy option is putting a matching vinyl over them. Going the extra step is the removing and painting option.
Sure about that? I popped mine out with a flat screw driver with no problem. There's a clip which moves towards the center of the reflector.

Ummm. You could be right!

I had someone do them for me. I'm probably mistaken.

I wrapped my reflectors to match body color. See how I did it in the DIY section.

Certainly cheaper than the alternative.
