Lease rates 2014

Dealer told me lease rates are changing on December 1st for 2014 models. Basically the MF is going up and residual down.
I thought rates changed Quarterly. I wanted to wait until Dec 2 to take advantage of conquest cash.
Anyone know how I can verify? It has a decent impact on my lease and I have to decide today.

Thanks

This is not with my 4/2014 leasing experience.

My experience with two PFS leases over the past year and a half is that the lease programs change on a quarterly basis. In other words, the program that has been in effect since 10/1 should remain in effect until 1/2/15. Dealer may be using a pressure tactic to sell a car and book it in November, or he may know something we all don't about more frequent rate changes.

Anyone know how Conquest cash works for 991. I was told it was available to selective models only. Also, are there any restrictions on the remaining lease of a competing brand.

Thanks.

Credit by PFS equal to 3 payments of existing lease up to $1500 per payment or $4500 total. Lease must be expiring in 180 days or less.

As far as I know PFS changes numbers quarterly. Numbers are different for 2014 and 2015 models. Just purchased a 2014 C4S and both money factor and residuals were significantly better than 2015. In addition dealer was trying to push 2014 out of the lot. Got 15% off MSRP.
