Beautiful car and not a bad price. Only bad thing is the warranty. i would negotiate a 4 year warranty or consider getting mechanical breakdown insurance (MBI) with your insurance company. I purchased MBI with my insurance company, Geico, for my 2011 Panamera that i purchase as a dealer demo car. The MBI pays for all non-wear and tear repairs over $500....it literally saved me over $8000 on a transmission repair. Generally, MBI can only be purchased on cars that are no more than one year old, never titled, less that 12k miles.

I have a 2018 911 GTS. I ordered it. It took 4-months to arrive, but it came in at $122k. The car is super loaded with the GTS package. The only thing you really need beyond that is the front-end lift. I recommend ordering a 2019.

This car is very loaded. It was undoubtedly used as a customer demonstrator (ridden hard and put away wet). I would definitely want this car to be CPO'd at no additional cost. At $126k it's only a 15% discount. You could probably get this discount on a brand new car in dealer inventory - just sayin'.
OBTW, it may to late to order a 991.2 factory build.

Very few 991.2s allocations are left but if you can find one it may be worth it, depending on the discount. And personally I would pass on the FAL unless you live in an area with lots of steep entrances/exits since you can angle in most without scraping, which is what I do with my GTS but mine just has PASM.
