Do the K24 turbo(s) usually need ECU tuning?

ECU tuning is needed on any turbo upgrade to ensure that the car is running properly.

The original listing for these turbos was removed by eBay overnight due to a link embodied in the text. I corrected the problem, relisted the turbos and fixed the link in my first post.
