Thanks, you too! I have a friend in Asheville NC that has that exact car.....very cool. Do you have the GT3 seats or the regular sport seat?

Another buddy here in town is trying to get me to paint my rims "mad max" black. What do you get for comments? I'm not sure how I feel about all black :)

Thanks, sport seats for now as it is my only car :D. Once I pick something else up, the GT3 seats will be the 1st thing I do.

They are a must for any real track duty. Wish I could have used the slider for the drivers side but to tall for that. Had to make rails and spacers to get the rake I needed for comfort

I know, but I wish I could have both. 2 completely different cars. The GT3 is cooler and faster but the 993 was very special. I kick myself daily for selling it.

Loved it and purchased it.... A 1998 Car. 101% stock. PSS9's on the way. Yellow belts, calipers, yellow deviated stitching. All factory.

What do you miss about it? I have always loved the styling of the 993. Ive never driven one. Does it drive as well as it looks?

The styling, the way it smelled, the way it sounded without the cat's on, the way it rode, etc etc etc. I have 1st right of refusal when the gentleman that bought it decides he wants to sell it.

its my roommates car down here in az...He says its easy to keep clean :)

Keeping them clean isn't what I'm worried about. Its the look I'm not sure of, and was curious about what he gets for comments on them

My 993 RS Race Car
 

Attached are photos of my 993 RS. I bought this great car from Barry Ellis who was driving when these photos were shot. Barry has moved onto to Grand Am Cup to race 996's with Knoebel Racing and LNS Motorsports. I've raced the 993 RS at 2006 PCA events at Road Atlanta and Barber. This is an awesome car!

Ya know, I saw you post that pic on Renn, and typically I'm not a big fan of those duck tails on these cars, but your car really looks good. Love the rims on it too.

I found the Fikse rims/tires on eBay. It was a lucky find as they don't come up for sale very often.

You have an actual emissions or just the OBD reading tests? I do the X-pipes with sport cats (200 cell) as well if you have any interest. Makes the car sound absolutely amazing. Do a search on Renn for "DACH", have yet to have any complaints.

Just OBD on '96 and later cars, I believe. Pre-96's have to get the sniffer up the tailpipe while the car is running on rollers. Yes, I'd be interested if the car will pass Georgia emissions with the sport cats.

It should without issue. Its CARB certified and all the other garbage that goes with those things. Take a look at this site, this is what we use.

Great looking 993 TT. They are still may #1 choice for the Turbo's.
