turbo > c4s rear conversion?

Herro,
I love the rear of the c4s, and was wondering how involving it would be to swap over the rear of a turbo with a rear of a c4s. To my noob eyes it looks like its just the trunk section

You'll also need some 40 weight ball bearings for the pfitzer valves. Sounds like a great idea BTW.
