Remus exhaust - Any experience

I am considering a remus exhaust. Does anyone have any experience with it? What is the build quality like?

How quiet is it? Is it quieter than a Milltek?

Does it have one can or two?

Does it have a balancer pipe?

Thanks in advance

Hey

I've had a Remus for over a year- prior to that I had the "no drone" Fab Speed that infact droned like crazy!

I've not heard the Europipe so I can't compare the sound, however, I have been quite happy with the idle, cruise and wide open throttle of the Remus. Turbo's seem to spool quicker and the butt dyno shows significant performance improvement.

The workmanship was good. It has twin cans and there is a pipe between the two cans.

Hope this helps.

Sameer

The Remus on my 02TT tip has been great. No drone, good sound but not over the top. I haven't heard the Miltek. Quality is outstanding. So far no negative issues. I did other mods at about the same time, so I cannot say what the exhaust did by itself. Very happy with the product, would recommend.

I bought my car with the Remus exhaust on it, and I love the sound.... to me its just a little tougher then stock to let you know whats going on with the motor, but its not enough to annoy you ever. I compared the sound to a fabspeed, and immediatly after the fabspeed car was up on the lift with the exhaust being modified to make it sound better, also the tips it comes with look awesome, similar to the 997 Carrera S

They use 100 cell cats.
This is what you're looking at paying :

They got a promotion but in Australia retail would be well over 5000 IMO considering shipping and currency rate.

Remus has the BEST LOOKING tips for the 996tt that I have ever seen. Very similar to the Techart tips, but beefier.

Apparently these are the same as the Gemball ones...so they must be okay. Can anyone confirm this?
