Haven't noticed that about Z8's, but I sure would like to know why Trail Blazer and Envoy's set off my V1 Laser detector when the brake lights come on?

Any answers Mike?

cporterfield is infamous around these parts

I have not noticed with Z8s, but many cars' rear light set off my V1 laser detector. Sometimes, just the sun at the right angle will set it off, too.

those "neon" type tailights do it, z8, envoy, etc. Drive up to a liquor store with a lot of neon...should set it off too. Just happened to me the other day...of course I was just passing by....
