Whats the highest BOOST for gt 28's
 

What is the highest boost should some one run with stock internals while running gt 28's?

with out breaking anthing!!!!

24psi puts you at the edge of the 74% effecientcy island.

Above that you are heading to overspin choke and surge territory.

That doesn't mean it hasn't been pushed farther just that if you want more you might want to jump to a GT2871 insted of sticking with the "disco potato".

We ran 1.5bar on 109unleaded. AFR was fine. For cruising around town I run 1.2. When you buying your kit!

remember, you will have bigger turbos so you dont need to run as much boost to make more power!

You can see that really the turbo is most efficient around 30lbs/min as opposed to the 2860RS that like closer to 20lbs/min.

Lenny, saw ur car at rpm yesterday its a beast....looking to take my k24s out for some gt 28s as well...enjoy....

oh ya i figuer out the problem with my car it was the maf that was making my car not boost or kept it from getting through!!!! These mafs are so confusing!!!!!
