I just got the titanium exhaust from Japan. It is so light it's almost unbelievable. I do not have any dyno numbers on it and probably won't for a few days.

I need to go buy a scale.

Chris Y. Aug 28, 2003 02:39 PM

Whoa...it must be pretty light! no offense to the girl there...but that's pretty inpressive. I don't think I could lift my stock exhaust like that.

Are you selling those exhausts?

MattLA Aug 28, 2003 02:42 PM

Not yet, I want to first hear what it sounds like, then the dyno. I'm guessing it will be pretty loud.

Wheel Experts Aug 28, 2003 02:51 PM

hows the new place coming along bro?

MattLA Aug 28, 2003 02:53 PM

One word, amazing.

996turbo Aug 28, 2003 03:15 PM

Matt, those look sweet!! But, why is the tip so much larger than the actual exhaust hole??

isaacly Aug 28, 2003 03:18 PM

where is that shop?

MattLA Aug 28, 2003 03:21 PM

Look at your stock exhaust, it's pretty much the same. The tip is bigger than the actual outlet. If there was no exhaust tip, you would have a little 2.5" pipe sticking out.

MattLA Aug 28, 2003 03:24 PM

Isaacly, my shop is on Westwood in L.A.

MKW Aug 28, 2003 04:02 PM

Man, that's a lot of welds - hope the fabricator was having a good day ! The Corvette Z06's oem titanium exhaust made by Arvin has single long continuous lenghth of pipe - any reason for all these short segments ?

Duane Aug 28, 2003 04:11 PM

Is that the same exhaust Wilber was running?

MattLA Aug 28, 2003 04:36 PM

Not the same one that Wilbur has.
