Yes, absolutely,and then you can feed the air right before the TB in the small nipple located on the y -pipe.That will test everything after the turbos.The same symptoms can also occur if you have a leak between the maf and the turbos because air is entering the system that is not being read by the maf.Plug both ends and test to 15psi.Good Luck!

Does anyone have a manual thats somewhat step by step with pictures on a bumper removal?

I started having high rpm/surging idle today and wondering if you figured your issue out and what is was?
