Moton's on ebay would you buy them?

I'm looking to upgrade my suspension and lower my baby. Ran across these on ebay. They have been rebuilt once apparently and if I won the auction would apparently be third owner. Am I asking for trouble?

That setup is for the GT3/GT2 and may not fit your TT. Double check with your shop.

My996 TT Thanks for the PM. Can't reply until I have 15 posts. Twins is right although at this point is like the movie twins with Arnold and Danny Devito. I need to catch up with some of your Mods. Can't though until out of warranty runs out next April.

My car is actaully still under warranty until July of this year, but I couldn't wait. Keep your will strong!... as long as you stay away from guys named Alex and James, you'll be okay.:D Hope to see you around!

motons

I did the same thing , except mine were from a pca member off of a gt2 with 7k on it. Moton makes an adapter for the front shocks. My experance was bad, after having to buy new springs, and the front end adapters. be sure that who ever installs the shocks does not do what a shop near Montclair Ca that works on 911's did on mine. they installed the front shocks backwards and ruined the hoses. They are now back at moton for re-builds and new hoses. $$$ after all over and done with I spent 7k getting them installed. I will let you know
what the re-build and r&r bill is later. moral, just buy new.

Thanks for that. I'll just buy new whatever I buy.
