Inspected a black/black one closely 2 days ago. Engine compartment layout / finish and suspension fantastic looking . Interior looked and felt pretty much like any 911 ( esp with the std issue 911 gauge cluster and steering wheel design) with upgraded leather save for the unusual arcing center console . Lot's of same painted plastic " alumi-look" like on current cars.

 

You're right. I cannot understand why, having invested so much effort in the car, they didn't do more with the interior.
