Vivid Racing 650 kit installed, but dyno results were below expectations
If the ecu was flashed with a GIAC file you can overwrite it with no problems. If the ecu was done a few years with a soldered in encryption socket you will need to have it removed and have a stock chip soldered to the board.
Good luck getting your car sorted, sounds like it will be a great ride.

When I got mine all dialed in Todd( Protomotive ) told me which ones to send him.. So this is the part you should call Dan on. Todd knew which ones to look for to tell him where the car was running out of fuel or not... where timing was going well or not etc etc... I did the reading and recorded data on 3rd and forth gear pullls...., then dialed in the other values and did more pulls... He didnt want me to cram the readings with all the values... for eg... if he watned Inj cycle or lamdas or anything else.. I did a run specifically on that value requested. Too much info I think slows down the rate recorded. But It would be wise to have your tuner tell you which values you need to begin somewhere. Everytime I went out I felt the car better and better.. I only did the download i think 3 times... the third being the maxed fuel on my car as i didnt have injectors... So i was pretty much at the limit of the car, so I had to watch afrs closely... anyhow she ran really well. You have an awesome kit, just ask Dan what he needs recorded and you too will be thrilled with what you got...!!
Ken - We have been more then helpful including dealing with the incorrect installation your installers did and replacing 2 turbos because of this on our dime. The Agency Power 650 kit has worked on MANY cars including my own which that person who bought it still drives my car happily in LA.
If you want help, you need to do 1 simple thing, send the AFR chart to me so Scott at Softronic can look at it. From there, he can adjust and correct the map if any changes need be. This is the same map we have used in many cars with the kit worldwide. It stuns me that you are dissapointed, when you yourself said the car was faster. How can we compare when we are still not sure if the boost controller is correct or what other mechanical issues might be there because of your installers. It is also hard to compare dynos. Why you are on down 100HP, makes no sense, but myself and Scott from Softronic are waiting on information from your side to help you.

Hello Ken,
I would require a dyno chart with the AFR's to even take a general look at the flash. This though would be best to also log with the Durametric Software your RPM's,Load, Lamda Bank 1 and pre Cat o2 Sensor voltage Bank1 and nothing else.
I have taken another look at the file that was sent to you just to double check and it is the correct file for the 650 kit.
Best Regards,
Scott Slauson

Sounds like you have a large boost leak somewhere to be missing that much power. Unless you pressurize the entire system, you cannot be 100% sure of no boost leaks. The shop who did your install should be capable of doing a proper boost leak check (as they should have done after the install anyway).
If there are no leaks after pressurizing the entire system, I would next guess that your clutch is slipping. Do you have a stock or upgraded clutch? I would look at all of the possible mechanical issues from the install before blaming the tune.

Ken, It sounds like you have a vendor who is trying to help you out here... Help him out and give him and Softronic the info you need to help you.
Dan, I'd like to hear more (offline) about what you did to help out in the whole "bad install" on turbos thing... You guys don't get the good press you might want to pump up in making it right with customers! Sounds like this would be a good one!

plus 1...Looks like they are willing to do what it takes to resolve the issue.

I requested a 3rd gear street pull (didnt want to tell him to do 140+ on the highway
).We test in both 3rd and 4th gear on the dyno. 4th gear data on the dyno is far from accurate....find me a dyno shop that has fans that can replicate true 100+ mph air and I will gladly use 4th.
Well, I finally just got the email from the dyno place. Because I did a dyno from them in june, they were able to put the dyno result side by side on the same graph. The blue line shows my results from june and the pink and red shows result from last friday.
Another question that I was wondering is my AFR reading too high?
p.s. Scott, I will try to log in some more datas for you to review with these couple of days as soon as I am able to do so.

Is that the A/F on that lefthand dyno or is that a polygraph
