Hey Todd...

How come the RUF TurboR with ONLY a meager 590 bhp can hit 221 mph, but your GT750 boats a pic of 203 mph on your site!?

Why are you trying to change the subject Todd? My point was in reference to horsepower only, not how the car will do in a race. You are claiming to make power that nobody else can seem to make using the same components, how is this possible?
I am not changing the subject. I have nothing to prove to you. I extended an invitation for you to visit to see with your own eyes. What else can I do? You think its impossible, I think not. Southwest flies to PHX multiple times a day. I will pick you up at the airport. Better yet, call me at 480-317-9911 in the AM, I will make the reservation for you. I will wait to hear from you.

what does that have to do with anything? I am not the one claiming my car makes 750-800 hp.

for the record, my "pulls like a champ" so it is probably running in the high 10s/low 11s

Grow up little man, If you have a problem with someone why don't you do it in a civil manner (Off this forum), all your doing right now is proving to all on this forum is how immature you are..

As I have seen time and time again EVOMS/ Imagine have proven the power of their kits, 99.9% of the members here have happily posted praise for their work, support and unrivalled support, if there has been any problem they have always gone to great lenghts to have it resolved.

Finally if you have a problem with these guys there is a really easy solution "Go somewhere else" and stop boring us with your
smartass remarks.

Well I drag race a lot... and I know how Fred's car drives and it's likely trapping around 133mph right now. That to me is "pulls like a champ". If yours is doing 600hp and weighs 3400 pounds it's likely trapping about 124mph. Take it to a drag strip and find out. I'm sure your car is fast at 600hp but it's hard to say a EVO 700 isn't fast without having ever driven one now isn't it?

There's a lot of difference to be attained via tuning, injectors, fuel pumps and or turbos. Now I'm not sure what/if you do have compared to Fred but from what you list yours is short of a few things.

Without some of that stuff mine was running out of fuel at 650 or so...

I'll take my phat-****-pig slow-**** girlie-whirly-tiptronic 750 to the drag strip in a few weeks or so and we'll see what it traps on a hot hot day.... Yes with ****ty R compound tires and 2.6 degrees of -ive camber... Why not.

My question is just that: I'm wondering what a properly tuned 600hp Turbo can do 1/4 mile, ceteris paribus.

Our Audi S4s with a mere 480-500hp are doing mid to high 11s, and a few 600hp ones are on the horizon that should do low 11s. So I'm wondering how they compare.

the only thing about me that is little is my belief in EvoMS GT750 and GT5,000,000 HP cars. But, time will be the answer to this all when we all but heads in Vegas at the shootout. I am not being immature, just doubting unproven claims. I dont think it is immature to start some competition and excitment, and I have the right to challenge someone who claims to do what nobody else can seem to do with the same components.

If Evo was building a car from the ground up (ie.. internals) then I would have no doubt that they coudl make 800+ HP. But they arent, so I call BS!

Why dont we just agree to disagree, and see who proves what at the shootout!

The P Cars are doing similar numbers also. Go look up the TT shootout at www.europeancarweb.com

The fastest car was the Protomotive car, and IIRC it ran a high 10 second 1/4.

I still wonder what my times were on the ones that their software broke I have the videos and sometimes cry myself to sleep with 'em at what coulda/woulda been. The 11.1 I ran was only the 4th run by which time I was heat soaked (did them back to back) and the launches weren't as good...

Yes, I'm familiar with that but wasn't that was run during the day time under less than ideal conditions? I'm wondering if you or the others have gotten timeslips under ideal conditions, especially the East Coasters during the fall at E-Town or Epping where the conditions are ideal. Thanks.

133mph trap! That's definitely serious power!

Here's a quick estimate, total car weight: ~3,600lbs. with a trap speed of 133mph = 780 chp assuming 18% loss.
