placed an order was told it was shipped they gave me a tracking no. tracked it and fed x posted a del date of the 11th . on the 11th no package called fed ex and the said the package was not in their hands and instructed me to contact the shipper.in talking with the shipper i was again told it was shipped ... the third call to my shipper she said she had shipped it and not to worry it would show up in two days. then she said i got to go
now am in a hurry to get to fed ex before they close ... guess what it was my package she was just now taking to fed ex any way tracking sezzz they recieved it fri nite and my package showed up with missing parts today.. these where repaired parts that only lasted 8,000 miles and i pd full price to rebuild them . no i'm sorry i'll help you out with a deal just that will be $500.00 each ofcourse one turned out to be $800.00. no names will be mentioned as i know these are tough times and good people do strange things when under pressure just had to blow off a little steam merry christmas to everyone

 

a few questions....how did fedx have a tracking number...did she give you a phony one? or was the one she gave you the one on the package...fedx ground is completely unreliable and most stuff gets stolen by the employees...also, is this a board sponsor? If you want you can pm me...

 

I don't know you well enough Mr. Steve Harris but I commend you on this post. Too many times have I seen a person spout off their mouth and damage the reputation of a reputable shop without thinking when all that had really happened was a mistake. (Not saying that in this case, just overall)

To the shop who messed up this order, be thankful that you have a customer this kind who didn't mention your name and make sure next time, if you are lucky enough to have a next time, he gets taken care of the way he should of this time but beyond.

u can call in fed ex and they will give u a tracking no in advance of taking possion of the package .. the thing that got me is that she had my package in her hands and said it had been shipped i set up a time to pic up my car and to have the parts installed . all i wanted was the truth two weeks from today would have been fine if they had told me
