Someone please tell me how to get a yellow stripe like that onto the lip!!!

I'm looking to buy similar style rims...gonna paint the wheels and lip matt black, but how do I get a yellow stripe like that? Calipers are easy to paint yellow and add a white Porsche decal.

Also, can someone direct me to who's car this is as well

Those are zone 9 wheels and you can order them with color pinstripe.
