Just curious. Why not drive it year around. I have a decent set of snow tires and drive it all winter.

I was trying to wait another couple of weeks until they got some of the sand swept up (we had a pretty snowy winter this year) but my dealer is having an oil change special this week I can't pass up so the insurance is going back on the Turbo tomorrow. We'll probably take the Boxster out for a drive today as I never took the insurance off her.

I have thought about it but I have come to the conclusion its just not worth it, to risky. We live in a valley and their are some BAD roads here. This winter was really bad. They say they have never had a winter like it.
Plus their is come kinda metal in the sand they use and it sticks to your paint and rusts.
I have a F150 4x4 so for winter thats the way to go :) Plus I use it for work anyway.
A few months without the TT makes you apprecite it even more too...
