I would change one thing. Instead of molly coating your wrist pins go with DLC black carbon coating. It will completely prevent any gauling with will lead to bent wrist pins. Really not that much more expensive. |

Thanks Chad, but it is far too late for any internal changes. The motor is complete and ran last Summer for 2-3K miles in a purely stock configuration otherwise. We will see how things go and maybe for a winter project I will keep that in mind if I put in the 12MM studs. For now, I just need some bolt ons and a few tuned files and I am done for a while...maybe;)
