All joking aside...If that bettle is a TDi---it IS a sweet car.

Ive own performance cars my whole life.....6mths ago I purchaced a 2000 Jetta TDi as a beater vehicle(Since my new job requires 200miles a day of driving)....and I must say---MANNN IM IMPRESSED!!

I love when equipment does what it is designed to do extremely well.

YES---Its slow!! but it was designed to be reliable and good on gas.....and on these two metrics its AMAZING!!!

My car has 383,000miles on it......and it get 48miles per gallon!!

I can go 720miles without a fill up. U start to forget what its like to goto a gas station. My E55 needs $80 every other day it seems.

Not only that---But the car started out with 87rwhp and 140rwtq.....I spent $350 for a tune and installed some injectors for $400. Now the car makes 145rwhp and 240rwTq. What other 400k mile car can you add 67% more hp for $750.

I know you guys are just kidding around--but I am a diesel junkie now and feel the need to defend a car that does exactly what its suppose to extremely well.

I knew Id get smack for my diesel love....but Ive owned 450rwhp Fd3 Rx7, a 1000+rwhp Supra, 380rwhp S4, GSX-R, 480RWHP E55 .....I have to say I love this TDi as much as the rest of them. Its a HARD CORE performance machine. the only thing is that it excels in a different area of performace.

When I drove around in my 1000hp Supra---I KNEW no one could keep up with me....I had a this Bravado. A Viper would pull up ...or a Z06 and Id be laughing inside. I feel the same with the TDi...I KNOWWW no one can out milage me.

Go ahead....laugh and make fun guys....Ill be laughin when I drive by you chumps fillin up with super and $8/gallon 104 octane!!!
