rainy day car

My Little brother just got an R32 and i drove it a couple time. Really nice drive. Just wanted to see what your opinions are on this car as it would be a good car to drive on the nasty days when the babies stay locked away in the garage.

what is an r32 nissan....

the r32 gti at 29k is a great ride. 1st car I ever had was a 91 GTI. It still might be the most fun I ever had in a car.

VW R32 Rocks!! Great handling, fit and finish, and motor. If it were only a little lighter.

I totalled a GTI with help from a deer, CD player skipped as I hit the cement divider at 60+mph, bounced back across 3 lanes of traffic into the median. Not a scratch on me, CD player playing, lots of crumpled metal around me and door opened. Fast, Safe Ride. (I had traded my 914 for it, hmmm).

I picked up a VW R32 last February primarily to be used as a bad weather car. I have about 6,000 miles on it and I'm enjoying it. It isn't a Subaru STI or Mitsubishi Evo but it is far nicer in terms of finish etc. The car handles great; great fun to dive into a corner and then nail the gas on the way out. The car just pivots very nicely out of the corners. Downside: It's a heavy car with 240 hp., per VW. However, because of the longstroke narrow-angle 6 cyl. engine, the car has great torque and pulls very well. It's also a good car for a long trip; great seats and lots of luggage capacity.

if it is an r32 nissan skyline gtr, then that car rocks.. (i probably wouldnt pay the exorbinant amount of money motorex wants for it though)

i was so close on buying an r33 skyline... but couldnt stomach the fact that they were selling it for 44k and the price of a used gtr in japan waas around 15k... too much profit.. for them couldnt stomach it for a used car and for that price... .. the skylien is a nice car.. if the price evr comes down i might get one i the future, ima big fan of the r32 & r33 skyline, the r34 im not digging to much,..

83 Red GTI. It was a true rocket at the time and felt like a red brick. Suspension, torque, short shifter were amazing for at $13k. That experience has not been equaled
