3 Questions for the initiated....

I just picked up a used JIC Cross exhaust...inside the car it is tollerable...but outside its a bit embarassing being a grown man with a car this obnoxious. I am hoping to keep the deeper tone...but hoping for it to not be so LOUD. What? ITS TOO LOUD.

1. When installing a used aftermarket exhaust I picked up, I found my old straps to be too short. Does anyone have a suggestion on straps that will work? I was wondering if I can just go to a local muffler shop and pick something up...since it is just a strap that nobody sees, etc. Not terribly concerned if it is a porsche part, etc.

2. I think the CATS I have are 100 cell. If I were to swap these out for 200 cells would this quiet it down a bit/considerably, etc.?

3. When a new flash is done to account for this new exhaust, does this typically make the exhaust even louder will it quiet it down??
