Just took delivery of my first Porsche - 2002 911TT with the X50 package. it was a long wait coming over 3000 miles from the east coast but it's now home in California :-)

Thanks to everyone who helped out and answered my questions over the last couple of months. You comments and threads were extremely helpful.

I've only had a chance to drive it two blocks from transport drop off to my office but loving it already. Gonna wait to the sunny weekend to take her out for nice drive - as the rainstorm is finally over.

Well done and congratulations. We need to do an SF Bay Area get together so we can all meet and compare cars etc. I would love to meet some of the other 911 owners around here. I am in San Francisco and have a 2003 GT2 that I just bought.

Exactly what I was thinking. There are more than a few of us out here. I travel between Cupertino and the Peninsula. Soon as I get things situated I'll start a thread unless there are better ideas on how to get together.
