Has anyone here sent in there k16's to Blouch?
Marek,
I wasn't implying that Blouch had created the 18g or 20g upgrade just saying that of most of the 16g, 18g, and 20g upgrades done in recent I would suspect that a large percentage of the modifications were done by Blouch.

I agree 100%.

They charged me $1200 to convert my turbos to 16g and that included the upgraded 1 bar WG.
OP, what you need to do is call Mike @ Blouch. He may be hard to get a hold of at times but I called in the morning when they first opened and get him every time. You will send in your turbos with a list of mods and what you'd like them to do. when they receive the turbos, they will look over it and do the work. They will even clean it up for you a bit I believe. After that, they ship it to you. Turnaround is pretty quick... I would say a week after they receive it.
Here's was my cost breakdown:
K16 turbo: $0
Blouch: $1200
EPL tune with install kit: $1350
One thing to note, I had blouch send my turbos directly to EPL so Tony can make sure the adjustments on the WG's were correct and to his liking.
I also bought upgraded DV's and new plugs but you can get those anywhere

There is another sponsor that will now be doing rebuilds in house. I haven't seen an announcement but i'm sure we will see something shortly. It will give you West Coast guys a great option as opposed to shipping your snails cross country.
I think that's the normal price. If I wanted to go K24/18s I would have had to pay an extra $2400 (at that time) for a set of K24 turbos... not to mention more $$ for a new clutch

Haha... I can't hang with you, Todd, Sean, Paulie, Joe, and whoever else lives in the Lone Star State...hence the sale of my turbo and pending purchase of my CRV

All in good fun. I know Ed can take it haha. He thinks i'm nuts anyways.
I won't be so nice Ed if you change from a Turbo and a RRS to a CRV.
