Wow! Didn't this guy used to own this Board?
In our business we call that a "soft" case. From the charges, looks like a bunch of overcharged BULLS**T to me. Looks like an insurance adjuster got the ear of the police and the patrol officer or "fraud" detective let loose with a multiple felony clusterf**k which a screening prosecutor will pick up and say "oh no, not again." If this were a real fraud case, the bail would be more than the alleged loss. I've also seen judges make the bail cash only, so the restitution amount is already on deposit as bail and can be "accessed" easily by the DA. I don't think old Shanker has much to worry about.
His last post was 5 months ago in the lambo section: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ece-wheel.html
In general though, it's always the unsuspecting "OK" "nice" "charismatic" guys that win people over and make the best cons/cheats.
bingo
WOW... I saw him about 6 months ago at the club I dj-ed at.
I've heard stories but as I also heard storied about me over the years... and none were true... so I guess innocent until proven guilty as they say.
