The A28 is a GT28 turbo with custom exhaust housing (so it bolts up to factory header and flows better than K16) and custom compressor wheel and compressor housing. You can ask TIAL for the smaller 60mm62trim compressor (GT28RS).

Don't forget to look beyond the turbo for help with spooling. Exhaust and intake improvements make a world of difference.
