Akram's Birthday is Today!
What are the odds? OSInspector and Akram having birthdays only one day apart!
So, for everyone who didn't know, I thought I would make sure everyone who knows, loves, and works with the little "mad porsche scientist" knows that today is the day! Be sure to flood his text service, emails, and voicemail with birthday wishes so he can get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING done, today . . . hilarious If you want to really shut things down, call the front desk of Motorwerks, here: 832-419-8084 and leave your birthday wishes there. Happy Birthday, Akram! . . . jeez, I crack myself up! :D |
Happy Birthday Akram. For your birthday wish ...I hope you don't have to deal with Sean.

Thanks for asking, doc!
As William stated, it's assembled and presently in pre-dyno break-in mode. He's been driving it around letting the turbo's seat, the CEL's come on, double-checking/testing the secondary fuel pump, etc, etc. I got back in town, Monday night. I visited the car, Tuesday. Akram took me for spin around the block. Of course, the alignment needs to be done and the suspension sorted, but lets just say that the car is already better than expected. :D The short bursts of boost that Akram was able provide, were of significant improvement over the stock setup. Only to find out that Akram never gave it more than HALF throttle. Yep . . . she's gonna be a MONSTER! That reminds me, I gotta review that build sheet . . . |

Wow, William . . . with friends like that, who needs enema's?
So, as I was going through my build sheets. . . yes, sheets! Whoa . . . there is one for the motor, a separate one for the transmission, and another just for the turbo's, themselves. The brakes and suspension upgrades were separate deals altogether. . . I really did upgrade the entire car. The only thing I did not build were the engine internals. GBox did the full treatment on the tranny. It is essentially a Porsche Cup Car transmission, now. The power upgrades start at the fuel tank and go all the way to the exhaust tip. I will keep it simple and call it a Protomotive setup with the draw through system intake. Big Alpha Tial turbos, 5-inch core IC's, BBi coils, bunch of fuel system upgrades. BBi built us a custom exhaust for an experiment we are doing on this setup. Brembo brakes, fresh pads, fresh rotors, and JIC Cross suspension system. The funny part is that the car will still look COMPLETELY STOCK, including the interior. The only difference is actually driving the car. That will be COMPLETELY DIFFERENT . . . in a good way. :D Akram told me, yesterday, we'll be on the dyno, next week! :D |
Theres a better description, but see u left out the new air freshener hangin from the mirror and the fuzzy new dice.
this car also got a light weight flywheel new clutch, some other cool mods hes keep secret, what did akram tell you 700lb ft of torque? he really meant 700lb inches:D (im really just jealous your so close to driving this beast, and my mostly stock car is in hibernation) |

Yeah, but it will never be what Chuck Norris' Porsche is . . .
It makes 10,000 hp and runs on the tears of small children. . . Chuck calls it his "street" car. |
