Hmmm, I would think 24/18 are for sure faster than a stock Z. Quicker would be questionable and it depends on the driver and lag time of the P car with 24s.
I have had some run ins with guys that can smack gears and with exhaust and tune still pulled a car out with 16/16s so I would very much believe a 24/18 P car would most certainly hold its own against a stock C6 Z.
Otherwise, driver?
