I'm going 2wd!!
After driving my co-workers Viper, and a friend of mine's Z06 I miss the raw, out of control 2wd experience. I don't track the car so I could care less about how much better it is on the track. I feel like the front is nose heavy and it's not as nimble as I'd like it to be, plus I want to drop some weight.
Thoughts? |
don't let up on the gas !!!!! keep your rear planted
|
go two wheel drive and scare yourself good
|

Go with a good LSD and get your suspension properly setup for the change. I think it will make all the difference. I may be wrong, but I think the Viper and the Z06 both come with some form of LSD too.

I would def get a LSD if going 2wd. if not, u'll just spin the inside tires a lot...
|
Do not lift in mid corner. Trust me, I had a suped up 930.
|
Get LSD and do some driving events on the track!
You can also just add some more power for that "out of control experience" |
isnt your car for sale?
grippy tires |
There are several people that went back to AWD, you should talk to them. D33pblue also had an experience where awd saved his life. But it is in the way you drive. if you are not truly aggressive in the bends then it may be ok for you. There are plenty that love the RWD. As for LSD, the ones who have gone RWD, many say the LSD makes the car more of a widowmaker like the GT2. and they got better control with the open diff.

yes, but I don't care if I sell it. Love the car, and will continue to tweak, and perfect it to my liking until someone makes an offer.
