have an appt july 25 for k24/18's. i cant wait to pick it up. its gonna be a long to weeks.

K 24/18's is great up grade,you'll enjoy it much.

not to threadjack but say in your sig...the WB S4... how would you compare the straight line pulls of the K24/18gs to the S4 w/ the GTs ?

Anyway... The gt28rs's I have are tuned to around 24psi of boost. I haven't ran the two cars side by side yet. But the seat of my pants tells me it would be a very close race. Both cars are over 600HP but the S4 obviously has the weight disadvantage. My gut feeling is that the 996 w/24/18's will be faster but up to around 100-120 it will be close (I believe) I will say this.. I've had the car in various states of tune from stg2->stg3->stg3+ to now GT28rs's.... And the lag of the GT's is not bad at all. start spooling hard around 35-3800 rpms....

I have ran 2010 M6, vettes, new M3's and none had anything on the S4. :)

Yes I was in that article ...but i think it was over a 1/2 dozen years ago :) ..since then I went from my black to an Imola.. Santorin ..Nogaro Avant .. and finally to a Silver - I am running relocated turbos like the Pollacks ..full stand alone .. Comp Turbos .. Built up the gazuuu motor..dual 044 pumps..lines.. finally wiring up new Ingitor box for the Haltec..and hopefully drive this weekend

Meanwhile the itch is killing me .. want a P car soo bad too ...
