Question Alternative Fuels?

As some of you may know I quit my day job last year to open my own restaurant

It's been a lot of work and I'm putting in over 100 hours per week, meaning I haven't been on the forum for quite some time

In my restaurant we go through quite a lot of Rapeseed Oil, and I was wondering if it could be put to use after i'm finished with it and turned into alternative fuels?

I know people use alternative fuels for diesel engines, but can similar things be done with petrol engines too?
