2004 with 55k miles... should I replace the lower control arms while I'm in there?

2004 with 55k miles... should I replace the lower control arms while I'm in there?

How long do the ball joints and bushings last? Since I'm upgrading most other suspension parts should I go ahead and replace them? I really dont think I need GT3 arms and they arent cheap.

I would do only bushing, if the look worn.(cracking)
